I’m Darcee. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped entrepreneurs and small businesses navigate change, improve operations, and build systems that help them work smarter and grow with confidence.

I started in bookkeeping and business operations, but I never stopped learning. As my clients’ businesses evolved, so did my skills. I don’t chase technology. I learn what’s next so my clients don’t have to. Every new skill I’ve learned has come from solving a real business problem, not from chasing the latest trend. I learned websites, CRM platforms, e-commerce, customer experience, automation, and whatever else was needed to solve the next challenge. Now, AI is simply the latest tool in that journey. I design and build AI-powered applications, dashboards, and workflow systems that solve real operational problems.

What makes my approach different is that I understand both the business and the technology. I understand how businesses actually operate because I’ve spent more than two decades working alongside the people who run them. That means I don’t just recommend better tools.
